The Sify Fantasy F1 Game (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") is an offering from Sify in partnership with Presino, together referred to as "Organizer/s". The game is valid from March 5th 2008, to November 5th 2008. By participating in the Game, participants accept the following Terms and Conditions of entry.

The Organizers decision is final in all matters relating to the Game. The Organizers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. A participant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on the website www.sify.com and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of his/her continued participation in the Game.

The Organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Game or using any of the prizes.

The Game is valid from March 5th 2008, to November 5th 2008 [hereinafter referred to as "The Game Period"].

The cash prizes offered in this Game are open only to Indian Nationals residing in India.

The Game is free to play but will require the user to register himself or herself in order to participate in the game. Once registered, the user can play the game throughout the game period.

How to Play and the manner of selection of the winner is available on the website.

Tie-breaks will be resolved on the basis of the first player to submit their team for each game day. In all matters, the decision of the Organizers shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

The Organizers require the winners to provide proof of identity, age, residency or any other identification considered suitable for verification. This is compulsory and at the discretion of the Organizers.

In case where the winners don't claim their prizes within 30 days of expiry of the Game Period, they will cease to qualify for their prize.

The Game is open to all except directors and employees of the Organizers, their family members and relatives and the service providers / affiliate / associate / subsidiary Companies.

The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in the Game by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Game or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Winners will be announced within 30 days of the end of the Game Period. Prizes that can be won can be known by visiting prizes section on the website.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-substitutable. In the event, for any reason, a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Organizer, then that prize will be forfeited and no other prize will be provided in lieu thereof. The Organizer reserves the right to give such prize to the next best valid entry.

If a winning entry or the winner does not comply with the above conditions of entry, his/her entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined. The Organizer's decision in this regard will be final.

Winners will be directly contacted by the Organizer. They will be asked to send across their mailing address so that the cash prizes can be couriered to them in the form of cheques. The Organizer shall not be responsible for loss of the cheques in courier or if the address provided by the winner is incorrect or incomplete or if the winner is unavailable at the address.

The prizes are given subject to applicable taxes and any tax or levy shall be solely to the account of the winner. The Organizers accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

The Organizer does not accept responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorised data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. The Organizer has no control over communications networks or lines and does not accept any responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Organizer is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend this Game, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. Decision of the Organizer will be final and binding regarding the Game and prizes.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Chennai, India.

The Organizers or their affiliate companies or any of its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Game or accepting or using any prize. Without limiting the previous paragraph, The Organizer and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any damage in transit to the prizes.

If for any reason any aspect of this Game is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Organizer which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Organizer may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries

The winners must, at the request of the Organizer, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Organizer using their name and image in promotional material.

The Organizer shall deem the information voluntarily supplied during the course of the Game and /or personal information provided by the winners as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. The Organizer shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to third parties without limitation.

Participating in the Game constitutes participant's acceptance to these Terms and Conditions of the Game. All promotional materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Game, participant's agree to receive promotion material about the Game or any other Game details offered by the Organizer by email or SMS.
